The College of Menominee Nation offers prospective students academic excellence in training and education. Admissions staff is always available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding what programs are available, deadlines to watch, or filling out your application materials. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis for all terms.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The College of Menominee Nation encourages all who are interested to apply. There is no cost to apply and the process is entirely free for interested students. Individuals are eligible for admission to CMN if they have graduated from an accredited high school, completed a GED or HSED certificate, or meet the ability to benefit standard. Home schooled applicants will be individually considered based on coursework completed, placement test scores and additional information as requested by the Admissions office. Neither the ACT nor SAT tests are required for admission to CMN; however, transfer schools may require them.

STEPS TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the Application.
    • Fill out and submit the CMN Application. Applications can be picked up at both the Keshena and Green Bay/Oneida campuses or may be printed off this Web site and mailed in. Be sure to complete all areas of the application. Complete applications may be mailed to:

  2. Request Transcripts.
    • CMN requires official transcripts from your high school or GED/HSED as well as any official transcripts for other post secondary institutions if applicable. Keep one copy for yourself. Here is a list of school addresses which may assist you.

  3. Complete the Demographic Verification Form.
  4. Schedule a CMN placement test.
    • An appointment is necessary to take the CMN Accuplacer test. CMN requires new students to take the assessment test which helps determine English and math skill levels and allows for appropriate course placement. The Accuplacer Placement Test is offered at both College of Menominee Nation campuses.  Call 715-799-6226 ext. 3137 to schedule at the Keshena campus or 920-965-0070 for the Green Bay/Oneida campus.

  5. Apply for Financial Aid.
    • Financial assistance is available to students based on eligibility. It is necessary to fill out the FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov). College of Menominee Nation’s Federal School Code is 031251. If you have any questions of need assistance in filling out the required paperwork, please do not hesitate to call the Financial Aid Office at 799-6226 ext. 3048.

ADMISSIONS DEADLINE FOR FALL CLASSES 2010: August 8, 2010.
A graduated late fee will be added to late admission requests.
