Registration Policies

All classes will be held at College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center located at N172 State Hwy 47-55 in Keshena, Wisconsin 54135, unless otherwise stated.

Class Rules & Registration:

1. All students registering for a class must be paid-in-full 7 business days before the beginning of the scheduled class.
   
2. Students must choose the date and time of the class they wish to enroll in and understand the schedule is subject to change as stated below.
   
3. Payments can be made in the following forms: Cash, Money Order, Purchase Order, Check, Visa or MasterCard payable to College of Menominee Nation.
4. Payments can be made in person at the College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center CMN Business Office or by phone using a credit card at 1-800-567-2344.
5. Eating, drinking, smoking, recording, and photography in the classroom is not allowed.
   

Cancel or Reschedule a Class

To cancel or reschedule a class:

1. All cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than ten days (10 Days) before the start date of class.
2. If notice of cancellation is made as required, a student will be refunded the amount paid minus an administration fee to College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center of $75.00.
3. Once a student has started a class, there will be no refund for any reason.
4. College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to circumstances beyond our control and at our sole discretion. If a class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of all class and registration fees paid to College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center or you may request to reschedule for another class when available. College of Menominee Nation Apple Authorized Training Center is not liable for any other expenses you may incur, including travel arrangements.
