There is no cost to apply! Individuals are eligible for admission into CMN if they have graduated from an accredited high school, completed a GED, HSED diploma, or Home School transcript. We are an open door institution and accept applications on-going for all terms.

 

Standard Admission Checklist

_____ Certificate Indian Blood (CIB) or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) Form or Copy of Tribal ID (if applicable)
_____ High School or HSED/GED Transcript, or PI-1206 Form (Home Based Private Education Program) (if applicable)
_____ College Transcript(s) (if applicable)
_____ Accuplacer Placement Test (if applicable)
_____ Complete your financial aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov. CMN School Code: 031251

 

Standard Admission Checklist for Non-Degree/Special Student

A Special Student who wishes to pursue a degree will be required to complete the standard admissions process. *Additional admission documents may be required as a support to the enrollment process.

Admission for Program-Specific Degrees

To qualify for admission all students must complete the standard admission process and be accepted into the College of Menominee Nation. Contact the Admissions Office for admission procedures for program-specific degrees.

 

Notification of Acceptance

Qualified applicants receive an acceptance letter once admission requirements have been met. Upon acceptance into CMN it is the student’s responsibility to schedule their Academic Advising appointment based on the campus they are planning to attend.
