A sealed lump sum bid will be received for the above-listed project with the General Contractor as the Prime Contractor.

Prime Contractors and Sub-contractors (GG, HVAC, Mech, Controls, Electrical, and Plumbing) are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the CMN campus on June 8th, 2023, at 11:00 AM Room SDH 121.

Right to Negotiate Contract Terms

The College of Menominee Nation reserves the right to negotiate the terms of the contract(s) with the selected proposer prior to entering into a contract(s). If contract negotiations cannot be concluded successfully with the highest scoring proposer, the College of Menominee Nation may negotiate a contract with the next highest scoring proposer.
