The IT Support certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in the Information Technology field. Covering core concepts such as hardware, operating systems, basic networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services, the program provides foundational knowledge perfect for entry-level positions, as well as a head start on more specialized computer science programs.

  • Students who earn this certificate from the College of Menominee Nation will be prepared to complete the CompTIA A+ and CCSK Cisco certifications.


An IT Support certification requires only 17 credits, and is earnable in roughly one year's worth of classes.
