(NEW) Transcript Information
Student transcripts are used in many ways. In addition to containing information on a student, their term, degree information, and notations for specific terms, transcripts document a student's academic performance throughout their time at a given institution.
Students can print unofficial transcripts at their convenience using MyEmpower, but while applying for scholarships or college admission, you may need to request an official copy of a given transcript. This "official" copy will bear the seal of the institution you're requesting it from, as well as the signature of an official certifying that the information is correct and current.
Requests for transcripts can be completed via any of the following options:
- The fastest way to submit a transcript request is through our Student Information System, Empower (https://cmn.empower-xl.com/fusebox.cfm). Click the Empower SIS button which will go to a login screen. Enter your information and then go to “request transcripts” under the Student Records tab. Here you must pay before submitting the request.
- If you do not remember your login credentials, contact the Registrar to receive assistance (registrar@menominee.edu).
- The CMN Student Portal has a Fillable PDF version of the Transcript Request form. Print this form with a check or money order for payment.
- Visit the Office of the Registrar, or your Academic Success Coach, to fill out the request and submit payment.
- The form can be filled out at either the Keshena or the GB campus.
- Payment can be accepted by cash or check, only on the main campus can payment be processed via credit/debit.
- Contact the Registrar using the information in the right-hand column.
Transcripts are processed weekly. Please allow time for the request to be accepted and processed. Transcripts are sent via USPS.
